Likely to be the subject of countless bespoke customs, this pair is ready to distress and dye with uppers of twill delivered in off tan-white hues of Light Orewood Brown. It’s attached by darker brown thread to mimic the material’s traditional finishes, with supporting red stitching applied to the eyestays, toe, and heel detail. The latter two, though, draw from traditional sashiko practices with cross-stitched marks replacing traditional perforations and NIKE branding, respectively. This comes together on a tonal two-tone sole unit to complete the design.
